Yoga Nidra with Cristina

Cristina first encountered the practice of Yoga Nidra on a spontaneous trip to Sydney, Australia in 2022. Guided by her mentor-turned-close friend, Alison Godbier, Cristina immediately resonated with Yoga Nidra's power to reset our nervous system and, in turn, free our bodies and mind from the accumulated stress of every-day life.

As an alchemist, journalist and photographer, this practice quickly became an anchor for Cristina's creativity, clearing her mental clutter and inviting focus and inspiration into her craft. She now hosts bi-monthly virtual Yoga Nidra classes for creatives seeking to embody their authentic truth and reconnect with their creative purpose.
